Walter J. Rodby moves to withdraw as private counsel for Defendant John
Stancil in the above-entitled matter.

Although Stancil previously submitted a CJA Form 23 Affidavit of
Indigency verifying his financial status over a year ago, Stancil’s parents, Deena
and Michael Stancil, retained Walter J. Rodby as private counsel for their son.
However, they are unable to continue financing said representation.
Therefore, Walter J. Rodby moves to withdraw as private counsel for John
Stancil.
Contemporaneous with the motion at hand will be Walter J. Rodby’s
Motion for Leave to File Motion for CJA Appointment Under Seal. The request
to file the motion under seal is based upon the fact that it will contain private,
personal and confidential information regarding Stancil’s mother and father.
That being said, Walter J. Rodby moves to withdraw as private counsel for
Defendant John Stancil.
