Management:
Management is the best utilization of available resources in an
efficient and effective manner to achieve organizational goals,
objectives and aims. In other words we can say that management is
getting the job done through others. As a leader shows the way to
the nation, the manager teaches that how to act upon that. Like we
cannot find the way or any location without the help of a map, in the
same way a manager acts like map to show the path to his
subordinates.

Management is a set of activities (including planning and decision

making, organizing, leading, and controlling) directed at an
organization's resources (human, financial, physical, and information)
with the aim of achieving organizational goals in an efficient and
effective manner.

Efficient means using resources wisely and without unnecessary

waste.

Effective means doing the right things successfully.

A manager is someone whose primary responsibility is to carry out

the management process. In particular. a manager is someone who
plans and makes decisions, organizes, leads, and controls human,
financial, physical, and information resources.

Principles of Management:
A French author Henri Fayol (1841-1925) set 14 principles of
management and those are universally accepted by the people to
manage their job according to their responsibility. But here we are
going to describe some of the most necessary principles of
management;

The first thing is that the work must be divided among the employees
equally.

2: Authority of responsibility

to fulfill his duty or responsibility nicely.

general interest should be given the most importance.

6: Fair remuneration, salary and benefits

The employees must should paid the maximum remuneration, that
