GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

By this power of Attorney executed at ____________ this ______day of __________

Being the absolute owner of _________ measuring __________ Property No
_________ vide transfer letter No._________ dated___________ (hereinafter called
the property) do hereby appoint and nominate ___________________ S/o
________________ resident of House No ______________________________,
Pakistan as my General Attorney.
I am unable personally to look after and deal with the affairs of the afore mentioned
property.
THEREFORE, I do herby appoint and nominate Mr. _________________ S/o
___________ resident of House No _____________________________, Pakistan to
be my true and law full General attorney and I hereby empower my said attorney to
do the following acts, deeds, things in respect of my above said property:-
a) To sue or defend any case in any court, whether civil, revenue or criminal up
to the level of Supreme Court of Pakistan, in connection with the above said property
and if necessary to engage an Advocate, to sign Vakalatnama Suit, written Statement,
Replication, Revision, Appeal or review of writ etc. To appear in any court of law all
other related departments as and when required to inspect files, to obtain certified
copies of documents and judgments and also to compromise with any party as she
deems fit.
b) To file suit for declaration, suit for partition about the above properties in any
court of law.
c) To obtain the above said land with the concerned departments for example
(electricity, water, Sui Gas, and Telephone) connection from the concerned offices
and in this connection do all jobs and transferred in the said property.
d) To Sell, Gift, Hiba, will, Transfer , Construct, give on rent the above said
property to any one and to issue receipts, and if necessary to execute agreement to
Sell, Sale Deed, Gift Deed, and Will Deed to get transfer from concerned department
i.e. Registration Authority concerned, for its registration.
e) To purchase stamp papers, and if necessary to refund the same indisposition
with the above said properties and appoint special power of attorney to any other
person.
f) Generally to do all other lawful acts, deeds and things, which are necessary
but are not specifically mentioned here in before.
