Induction Ceremony General Guidelines: 


The Induction Ceremony is a spiritual program in which all of the selected officers from
various organizations and departments are presented with their allocated offices. Thus, it must be
formal.  Please read the following guidelines below, carefully.

1. For the participants of the program:


a) Wear formal attire; long sleeve for men (preferably with necktie), long
dress for ladies.
b) Mount your camera into Landscape (Horizontal).
c) Be sure to have presentable background.
d) Good lighting is recommended.
2. All Pictures should be on jpeg. format and must be clear and in High definition (HD). 
3. The Pictures should be portraits (Half Body) size 3x4. Be sure to have enough spaces
in your sides and head part when taking picture.
4. Camera must be place in an “eye to eye level”. Not above the eye nor below the eye.
5. As much as possible, avoid using curtain as background. Use plain concrete wall as
your background.
6. Wear Formal attire: For men, wear plain pastel colored long sleeve and plain dark
necktie; For Ladies, wear plain pastel colored long dress, Hair fixed properly, NO
see-through, NO sleeveless.
7. There will be 2 pictures for each officer to be submitted:
a) 1 picture for Pledge (with raised right hand),
b) 1 picture for the presentation of officers. See the examples below.
8. For sponsors, only 1 picture is required to be submitted. (Picture for the presentation
of officers and sponsors)
9. Information such as complete name, office, and department must be the file name of
the pictures. (Example: File name: Spenxyr Ryan G. Pillodar – VP Religious – CSG)
7. Pictures will be sent through Google Drive to be initiated by our CSG PIO.
8.  Please include the information and prescribed picture of your club or department
sponsor.
9. The CSG PIO will compile all the files and info before the deadline.
10. The final Collection of all the files and requirements is on September 1, 2021. 
11. Submit all the requirements on or before September 1 to avoid exclusion from the
program.
