INTRODUCTION
Our product serves different purposes so that we can have as many customers as possible. So that
the Manual operated testing of egg producing Machine has a capability to produce different sizes
and shapes of tested eggs without wrinkling and tearing the part of product. it is again simple to
operate and easy for maintenance. Our machine can be installed in any place on excavated and
damped road and can produce a complex shapes and the required length without difficulties.

Specification of the product


The project is made up Wood and steel of different metal structure. It has different components
and operated manually, inbuilt with four subassemblies parts. This manual operated testing of
egg producing Machine has been designed specifically to be constructed in workshops that have
only a basic manufacturing capability, such as those that are to be found in MSEs working area.
It is more economical, environmentally and customer friendly.

PRIORETIZATION
- After identifying the problem of they are sit on the earth, so they are not comfortable to doing
the work. Because Examination Of Egg Testing Machine Is:-
- easy to produce
-producing materials are easy to get
- to help implement small and micro enterprise

BENCH MARK SETTING/ “BEST PRACTICE”/

- When we think on best practices to maximize our producing

Discuss with various stakeholders who are expected to play an important role in the realization
of different technological outputs (product/service designs) that can fulfill the identified gaps.

Access internet or other sources to get technologies or copy the existing one.

Get or prepare full drawing and specification, Produce prototype, test the functionality and train
micro & small enterprises to transfer the technology.

In this work, the developed collection device is intended for the collection of eggs on floors.

However, the proposed device and method can also collect other types of objects that possess

similar properties like (golf) balls, nuts and fruits. To solve the current problems when

collecting eggs or other objects that are located in groups or corners, brushes or rakes might

be considered as addition to the device.
