Prof. Mruga Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor at New LJ Commerce College. She is having

HRM/OB/Labour Welfare/Social Security. She has completed her B. Com (HR Honours) from M.S.
University (Baroda) and Masters of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from Mohanlal
Sukhadia University (Udaipur). She has submitted her PhD Thesis in the area of HRM with Gujarat
University and awaiting her VIVA for Defence. Her area of specialization is HRM, OB, Industrial
