Before arrival of aircraft

● Study load departure message.


● Plan out going load based on TZFW.
● Obtain bay no from ATC.

● Ensure all ramp eqpt and vehicles are


serviceable and clean.
● Arrange required eqpt, beyond the red
line, near the bay.
● Ensure that ramp area is free of FOD.
● All tractors must be fully serviceable, in
terms of brakes and all lights and clean.

● All ramp eqpt and vehicles must have


luminous paint/stickers on all four sides.
● Ensure all personnel are available.
● Conduct the pre briefing session for team
and explain their role during turn around
mvt
● All cargo should be check well in advance
● If any pending cargo should be informed
to concern department
Serviceability has been checking for
lashing, Pallet, Container
After arrival of aircraft
● Ensure proper apron and tarmac
discipline.
● No one to approach aircraft till anti-
collision light is switched off and cleared
by the marshaled.

● Ensure either chocks or brakes are


applied while positioning any eqpt or
vehicles near the aircraft.

● After clearance from PIC open the PAX


door.
● After clearance from technician open the
all-cargo door

● Offload the cargo priority wise First


offload Crew bag and hand over to crew

● Offloading should be commenced


according to offloading procedure
● Ensure all safety precautions during off-
loading and loading of aircraft.

● Obtain flight arrival documents and


study.
● Ensure off-loading is done as per
LDM/CPM

● Ensure loading is done as per


instructions of the load-seater.
● If any changes in loading kindly inform
to CLC
● If any changes in loading inform to FOC
and collect the next edition

● All special handling procedures are


followed.
● Note deviation of loading, if any.
● All departure documents placed in the
aircraft.
● Pass the AZFW to the PIC
● Loading should be done according to
loading manual
● Give the NOTOC to PIC

● Give Briefing to PIC for any Special


cargo Like PES, PEM, PIL, CRT, AVI,
Temperature requirement Hold wise

● Pass the fuel docket to CLC


● Check the final LIR with your loading
LIR
● If any dispute found inform to CLC
● Give RAMP Clearance to FOC send the
mail to CLC

● Co-ordinate with FOC for any delay


expected
● Co-ordinate for toilet cut
● Co-ordinate for portable water

● Collect all document from PIC like Flight


plan copy, Security check list, NOTOC,
Load sheet
● Cross check LIR AZFW with Load sheet

● Remove all ramp eqpt and vehicles after


loading is completed.
● Check engine run up area is clear of FOD.
● Handover Ramp to engineering.

After departure
● Ensure all vehicles and eqpt are placed at
their respective places.

● Post briefing have to conduct to tame


explain the mistake procedures

● All departure messages sent


● Give a complete debrief to the duty
officer.
