Merchant Registration

1. Visit the Merchant Portal using the following link:


https://easypay.easypaisa.com.pk/easypay-merchant/faces/pg/site/Login.jsf

2. Click on “Sign Up”

Fill in the “Merchant Account Registration” form

 Payment Type: Select “Online Payment”
 First Name
 Middle Name
 Last Name
 Email Address (Please make sure this is your active account and preferably
gmail. This field cannot be changed later neither duplicated so ensure it’s
correct)
 Mobile Number (This field cannot be changed later so provide correct
number)
 Enter a password of your choice with at least one capital letter, one special
character and digits

 Complete the Captcha verification

a) Check the box for “Terms and Conditions” – You can download by clicking on the
“Terms and Conditions” button
b) Click “Next”

Next, you will receive two OTPs:


1- On the given email address
2- On the given Mobile Number

After successful verification, you will be successfully signed up.

Please login with the email and password you registered with.

Click “Create New Request”

3.Proceed to complete the Account Information tab.


a.Complete the section Merchant’s Details. Provide the following information:
 Business Owner Name
 Business Name
 Legal Name (of the business)
 CNIC of Owner ( Please enter the 13-digit CNIC no. in the following format:
6110xxxxxxxxx)
 Father’s Name

 Date of Corporation (This is the date the business started)
 Gender (Choose between “Male” and “Female” from the dropdown menu)
 Purpose of Payments (Choose “Online Payments” from the dropdown menu)
 Terror Financing (Please answer if you are related to any prospective terrorist
organizations)
 Politically exposed (Please answer if you are related to any political organizations)
 Citizenship (Choose from dropdown menu)
 Residency (Choose from dropdown menu)

b. Complete the section Contact Details. Provide the following details:


 Email address (Please enter the email address in the following format:
[email protected]) {Cannot be changed later}
 Primary Phone Number
 Secondary Phone Number
 City (Choose from dropdown menu)
 Business Address
 Correspondence Address (Select “Same as Business Address”)
 Please answer if the Account Holder is different from Owner/Account Holder
(check “No”)

Click “Next” to proceed.

4. Proceed to complete the Business Details tab.


a. Complete the section Business Particulars. Please provide the following details.
 Select the “Business Documentation Type”. Choose the correct option from the
dropdown menu:
o Sole Proprietor
o Private Company
o Partnership
o Other
 Select “Business Mode”. Choose “Online Payment”.
***Please select the correct option in the first attempt as the system will lock in
the selection and it cannot be changed.
 Provide the “Established Since” date
 Select the payment modes: MA (and/or) OTC (Easypaisa Shop), CC

 Click on “Add Store” to add a store.

 A screen will pop up. Select the store type as “Online”.

 Fill in the “Store Name” – This will appear as your “Merchant Name” in SMS
notifications that for payment confirmation customers will receive

 Add Website URL


 Select your relevant Merchant Category
 Fill in rest of the fields
 Click “Save” to add the store.

 The name of the successfully added store will now appear under Webstore name.

b. Complete the section “Customer Details”.
 Select the Income Status (Salaried)
 If your source of income is salary, select “Yes”.
 If your source of income is not salary, select “No” and provided the details about
the source of your income in the tab for Source of Funds. **for most merchants,
the source of funds is “Business”
 Provide the volume of Current Daily Transaction PKR. Selected the approximate
range from the dropdown menu.
 Provide the volume of Current Monthly Transaction PKR. Selected the
approximate range from the dropdown menu.
 Select the Association to High risk. Select from the following dropdown menu
options:
 High Risk Business/Person
 Medium Risk Business/Person
 Low Risk Business/ Person

Select “Settlement Account” in the second drop-down below.

c. Complete the section Account Profile/Transaction Activity


 Provide the Expected No. of Transactions per month
 Provide the Expected Sales Volume per month

Click “Next” to proceed.

5. Proceed to complete the Additional Details tab.


a. Complete the section Next of Kin
 Provide the Nominee Name
 Provide the Nominee CNIC
 State the Relation with Holder
 Provide the contact number
b. Complete the section For Legal Agreements
 Provide the Company Postal Address

Click “Next” to proceed.

6. Complete the tab Settlement Details


a. Select “Bank Account” from the dropdown menu.

 Select “Bank Name” from drop-down


 Enter Account Number
 Click “Fetch Title”

Click “Next” to proceed.

7. Select relevant “Integration Methods” to your business

8. Proceed to the tab “Review Form”. You can review the information you have
provided in the all the tabs here.
 Click on the arrow the left of each tab title to review the information under each
tab.
 Verify information under all four tabs
a. Account Information
b. Business Details
c. Additional details
d. Settlements Details

Click “Next” to continue.

9. Proceed to complete the Attachments Tab

NOTE: If you selected “Bank Account” for Settlement, you DO NOT need to
provide all these documents.

All these documents are required only if you selected “Easypaisa Account” for
settlement.

Please attach following documents in the application:

1.CNIC copy of all Authorized Directors(Front & Back)

2.Memorandum of Association and Article of Association

3.Form 29 & Form A

4.Certificate of Incorporation

5. Account Maintenance Certificate From Your External Bank

6- Certificate of commencement of business

(Only applicable for Public Limited Companies)

After successfully uploading all the documents, please proceed to click “Submit”.
