JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION DETAILS Principal Activities
Subject matter expert in data analytics, data modeling, and data
visualization. Builds and modifies statistical and predictive analytic models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies Serves as a communications liaison between their team and upper management to assure understanding of company goals, objectives and opportunities for improvement. Consults with the business to effectively design and streamline applicable processes within the organization. Keeps up to date on external best practices and relevant changes to their field/area; communicates updates to leadership Provides expertise in practical reporting solutions, including data visualization and graphical report design, using current and future CIRCOR technology products. Develops reports, which adhere to the highest standards and best practices, while being able to fully test and document the reports to assure expected results. Supports the Reporting and Analytics team to leverage technology to provide the highest level of reporting for the Human Resources department within Corporate Administration. Develop or utilize complex programmatic and quantitative methods to find patterns and relationships in data sets; lead statistical modeling, or other data-driven problem-solving analysis to address novel or abstract business operation questions. Support on-going efforts to upgrade and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and support software, as needed. Manage the design, building, and implementation of new HRIS and support software Coordinates with functional leaders on identifying and resolving data issues (migration, validation, new capabilities, etc.). Recommends process performance improvements. Ensures all deliverables meet quality standards and performance requirements Analyze strategic planning goals, human capital planning goals and budgetary implications in creating the organizational structure. Collaborate with cross functional teams / IT, to understand existing technology architecture. Execute robust technological advancements as a means to facilitate process enhancements thus ensuring seamless delivery & optimal utilization of existing tools & applications. Due diligence with respective business entities, to understand existing data requirements & establish a service catalogue to support the businesses with their analysing, planning & forecasting events Audits / Continuous Improvement Initiatives– Ability to identify risks associated with critical processes & develop crucial audits / checkpoints to mitigate those risks. Eventually focus on automation solutions as an active substitute for these audits. Work effectively with internal operations teams in identifying potential improvement opportunities & spearhead the process harmonization / standardization project Other job analysis and classification support functions, as required.
8+ years or more of experience in data analysis and modelling. Comfortable working with excel (advanced formulas, pivots, slicers, power queries, macros etc.). Experience with other data management & Visualization tools (MS Access / Tableau etc.) will be an added advantage Familiar working with state of the art HRIS systems (People soft, workday etc), Should have managed at least one system migration or implementation project. Knowledge of standard data system requirements Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated Human Resource Management work experience in HR design programs Ability to analyse and interpret data. Problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, research, and document technical issues. Effective time management; maximizes productivity. Ability to professionally interact with multiple individuals and groups within the organization to foster positive working relationships. Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
