This document provides tables of dimensional tolerances for plastic mouldings. Table 1 lists common plastic materials covered by the tolerancing standard. Tables 2 through 13 give tolerance values for different dimension ranges and tolerance classes, applicable to manufacturing tolerances for lengths, widths, thicknesses and other linear dimensions of plastic parts produced by various molding processes. Tolerances do not account for deformations from part shape or other secondary effects from temperature, humidity or other post-molding factors.
