Manager - Business Consulting 48 - 83 Months

Location: Across any location in India where Cognizant is present (flexible to travel at short notice
is an imperative)

Job Description:
• Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
• Strategic planning approach to meet business needs.
• Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
• Facilitate and lead sessions / discussions
• Manage and engage with multiple stakeholders
• Good Domain background understanding
• Agile Certified or worked in Agile set up (SAFe)/ Waterfall, knowledge of JIRA/Rally/ Confluence
• Experience in writing user stories, mapping to Epics, and user story lifecycle management
• Basic technical knowhow such as Viso, xml, macros (preferred)
• Exposure to BPO Environment
• 4+ years of experience working on similar position

• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams including collaboration with the marketing, design and technology teams
• Possess Design Thinking Mindset
• Attention to detail and the ability to e ectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Ability to clearly and e ectively articulate thoughts and ideas
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects/business development requests proactively
• Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Should possess PMP and RPA Certification
• Flexible work windows across time zones is anticipated
