Senior Business Development Analyst 0 - 48 Months

Location: Across any locations in India where Cognizant is present (flexibility to travel at
short notice is an imperative).

Job Description:
• Collaborate with Sales, Engagement partners, Technologists, Design thinkers & program managers to support in strategic
Digital transformation opportunities
• Create compelling Digital narratives and solutions targeting core business problems
• Explore opportunities of growth in the market and collaborate with the Leaders in creating Go-to-Market plans for
key offerings & solutions
• Periodically gauge the appetite for Digital offerings in the market and build proactive solutions / offerings to target
demand zones
• Work on Industry point of views, Digital perspectives & Tech / Industry solutions
• Indulge in Primary & Secondary market research on Industry, competitors, partners, Vendors etc. to build insightful &
action-packed visualizations for varied stakeholders
• Own Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end and manage
Pre-sales activities
• Lead & Mentor high velocity teams
• Accountable for creating all Client deliverables and commercials in the pursuit including Deal structuring, response
management, and bid management (incl Deal review, Deal qualification etc.)
• Drive Thought leadership initiatives; handle client visit, partner/analysts relationship, to name a few

• Attitude to learn & lead with a growth mindset
• Understanding of Digital trends around customer, employee and immersive experiences
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams including collaboration with the marketing, design and technology teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a high-octane atmosphere
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and ideas
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects/business development requests proactively
• Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Knowledge and/or experience/expertise working with popular digital experience platforms, social media
monitoring tools, etc.
• Great sense of humor is a plus
