Supports the care and monitoring of the patient and its surroundings
LO1: Establish project aims, objectives and timeframes based on the chosen theme

P1 Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.

I. Project Aim

 Project Title

- Keeping up with the trend of creating software that creates digital products that boost users' physical and mental health

 Simple description
- Products created by the app on the phone. Its function is to help users know how much time you spent on each application on the
day. From there you can limit or adjust the use to protect your health, this is especially useful to help people who are addicted to drugs
all day on Facebook, YouTube, online games, etc. and no longer life time for the present.

 Identify problems the project needs to solve

- This project will show the benefits of digital wellbeing software. Monitoring the health of users helps them identify time spent on
applications and warns them to limit and encourage users to have more exposure to outside.

II. Project broad aim in solving the problem

- This company's project will create digital wellbeing software. This will bring benefits to finding the company in the software market.
Help attract customers in the future. Catch up with technology trends in the IT market. Help the company's IT team be trained and
have more experience in project development.

III. Project objectives

Achievable This project is clearly and specifically planned. Using many new technologies to integrate for new software.
Digital wellbeing software is a new step for the company to help attract customers and resonate for the
company
Computable The goals to be completed are carefully calculated before starting the project. Researchers also calculate the
likelihood of risks and prepare options to control them. The calculations after being completed will meet the
needs of the company leadership

Pragmatic Many companies have created digital health software and have shown it to be beneficial. These companies
create reputation and influence in the market, and consumers are very interested in the company's later
products.

Time consuming The research and test application for the company will take about 7 months. Then there is the official report to
the project leadership

Table 1 : Objectives table

P2: Produce a project management plan that covers aspects of cost, scope, time, quality, communication, risk and resources.

 Scope Statement
- The company has quality human resources. Stable investment and the support of company leaders. Therefore the success of the
project is very high.

- The project's product is digital wellbeing software. Allows the software to track user activity thus helping them identify the time
spent using the applications in a day. It also helps them manage the time spent using other software in a day.

 Critical Success Factors

- The project will be completed on July 31, 2020
- The project has investment sources to research and develop new software
- After this project, employees will have experience in researching new software projects and new steps for many future projects.
 Deliverables
- A report on the software that its benefits bring to the company
- A digital wellbeing software product that clearly shows its benefits
 Strategic / Organizational Arrangement
- First check resources at the company to see if the important positions are suitable for the project standards. The objectives set out in
the plan must be completed on time. The new project will help the company have a new attendance system and keep important
documents secure. Risks must be carefully calculated at each development stage to ensure exactly that the project will succeed.
Finally, the project has passed testing and testing that will suit the company.
 Feasibility assessment and contingency plan
- The company has professional staff and good investment. Therefore the probability of success of the project is very high.
 Constraints
- Because our project is behind many companies, the amount of money must be higher to get a better software product
- The new version must be better than the old version and not make mistakes.
- The product must be better than the previous software of other companies
 Schedule and milestones of the project
- The project duration will be 7 months and completed on time
 Human resource requirements
- Each project is researched and conducted. People directly involved in software projects should be educated about the goals. Project
leaders need work knowledge and experience to organize their work, plan and schedule for the project to be completed on time.
 Risk management
- Every project on the go needs to have an analyst and risk manager. So a risk management specialist is needed for any project.

Table 3 : Predict the cost

P3 : Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart to provide timeframes and stages for completion.
I. Gantt chart

- Managing a project is difficult and harder to maintain. To complete a project, you must control a large number of activities, and
ensure that they are completed on schedule. If you miss a deadline, or end a task in the wrong order, it has to upset the whole project.
The results may result in projects being completed later, and cost more.

- Gantt charts are tools that can convey visual information. This charts will outline all the large and small tasks of the project, the time
and the order in which they will be executed. This gives the manager an immediate overview of the project, the related tasks, and the
time when each task must be completed

 Manage lots of information at once: A visual, simple but easy to understand way to understand key information quickly.

 Improve Productivity: Being proactive in your work and getting your work done with a sense of responsibility is a factor that
boosts productivity.

 Using effective human resources: Limiting the work overload, ensuring project quality.
Figure 1 : Project schedules are shown in the Gantt Chart
Figure 2 : Gantt Chart of software project
II. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

- WBS is a detailed list of steps required to complete a project. It provides many benefits to project managers. The construction of
WBS forces project managers to try to think in order to understand what will be done to end the project. If analyzed properly,
scientifically, it allows identifying the exact steps to complete the project.

- WBS establishes a systematic basis for solid work, which forms the basis for realistic time and cost estimates. Detailed list of tasks
that facilitate the calculation of separate costs for activities and the whole project. By making time estimates for detailed tasks, project
managers can "accumulate" the data associated with each level of WBS to build a complete, integrated picture of the project.

After a while put the product on digital wellbeing software. We conducted a survey using qualitative and quantitative methods to
evaluate the quality of the product through the user.

II. Qualitative research

 How this digital wellbeing software application has been consumed

Management 1: The application achieved many downloads in the first day of launch and increasingly selected in the consumer market.

Management 2: We are making accurate statistics on downloads. But right now it has entered the top 5 digital wellbeing products
within 5 days of launch.

 Describe the level of customer satisfaction after using the product

Management 3: Within 5 days the rating from 4 to 5 stars is very much and they are very satisfied with this.

Management 4: This is easy to see in customer feedback. As John, a user, said, "If this product sells for a higher price, I also buy it for
use."

 Do we need to improve or add any more functions?

IT engineers: We need to improve some application issues to make it easier to use.

IT engineers: We are looking for a way to get this app integrated into our smartwatch too. This also helps us to have more functions
such as showing the number of distance traveled during the day, the level of calories consumed when walking, considering the
weather, jogging mode, measuring heart rate.

 How do you rate the success of the product

Management 1: I gave it about 7 points on a 10-point scale.

Management 2: I am satisfied with it so I gave it 8 points.
