Side Split
a. in a sitting position, extend your 2 legs
sideward as far as possible
b. twist your body to the sides
c. hands may be used for support
Sideward:
a. in a stride standing position, bend your trunk to
R to L
b. bend trunk lower counting 1,2,3,4
Forward:
a. bend knees slightly
b. extend one arm to pick something or touch the
floor
