Subject: Excuse Request for Missing Meeting

Respect Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to explain why I was unable to attend the meeting on September
16th, 2021 at 8:00 PM.

I was assigned as the leader of our group activity for our major subject, Maternal and
Child Care Nursing. I'm currently editing our infomercial video because all my block mates are
currently on duty, and I took the initiative to edit our output. I apologize for being unable to
attend the meeting because I was too preoccupied with finishing our task before the deadline.

I promise to complete my assignment properly to make up for my absence, and to call


or send an email in the future to notify the NSBO president, Mark Kenneth Hufana, if I will be
unable to attend our meeting.
