Sir,
Be pleased to list the afore-captioned matters before the
Honourable Court [HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S.S. SHINDE &
HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N.J. JAMADAR] on SATURDAY, 19th
JUNE, 2021.
EXTREME URGENCY IN BRIEF

1. The above matters were listed on board dt. 08.06.2021. On the


matter being called out and heard for Clarification of Interim
Reliefs/Speaking to Minutes. However; on the request of the Ld.
Prosecutor, the said matter was kept back for some time. However,
the same could not be taken up for hearing due to paucity of
judicial time. Thereafter the matter was adjourned to 10.06.2021,
however the same again could not be taken up for hearing due to
paucity of judicial time. The matter was thereafter scheduled to
be heard on 15.06.2021. However the same was not listed.

2. Despite existence of interim reliefs [vide order dt. 12.03.2 021 in


the captioned matter along with all connected matters] in terms of
no coercive steps to be taken against the Petitioner/s; the
petitioner is in receipt of a Notice [dt. 26.05.2021] under Section
41-A of the CrPC.

3. A strong and tangible apprehension of arrest exists in light of the


said Notice, which is issued in the teeth of a collective order [dt.
12.03.2021] granting protection to all petitioners before this
Honourable Court.

4. It is in order to prevent an act of wilful contempt of the orders


passed by this Honourable Court, it is necessary that a
clarification of interim reliefs so granted and continued from time
to time, be issued.

5. For the above limited purpose, the matter/s be listed on hearing


as to clarification
