Section 1 – About the Training Program

What training is Sarthak provides training for 3 months and includes following
provided by components:
Sarthak? 1. English Speaking, Computers, and Personality
Development (Soft Skills) for 1.5 month
2. Training of how to work in Retail (Sales), Hospitality (Hotel
Industry), and IT sector (Computer Jobs)
3. We also prepare candidates to face interviews
What is the fee of Training is provided free of cost to trainees.

 Basic etiquettes of sales jobs
 Practical classes in Retail lab
What is IT? IT means computer related jobs.
In IT trainees are taught two skills:
 To deal with customers on telephonic calls using data
from Computers
 To do data entry work on computers
 Practical classes in computer lab
How preparation for Trainees are prepared for facing interviews by:

Section 2 - Points to be highlighted by Trainers while Counseling (About the


Training Program)

1. We provide Practical Training Classes, so you get opportunity to learn by doing,


rather than just reading through books. We conduct various activities with
trainees to help them learn the concepts and practice it.
2. We follow Committee System in training classes, such as Attendance Committee,
Discipline Committee, Notice Board Committee, English Speaking Committee,
Revision Committee and others. Trainees head these committees and learn to
manage the assigned works through their class-mates. It is just like Monitor
system in schools.
Example: If you head English Speaking Committee, you have to ensure that
everyone in class speaks in English.
3. Every Saturday, we conduct Activities such as Parents Workshop, Exposure Visit,
Guest Lecture, Motivational Sessions and others.
 Parents Workshop – We invite parents to centre and interact with
them and discuss trainee’s progress with them. Also answer, if
they have some questions.
 Exposure Visits – Trainees are taken to various Corporate Offices/
Organizations and are shown workplace from inside. They observe
how various people work in different organizations.
 Guest Lecture – Employees and various persons visit centre
interact with trainees and teach them different skills required for
getting a good job.
 Motivational Sessions – Motivational videos are shown to trainees
or an inspirational story is shared with them to motivate them to
get a good job, become independent and support their families.
4. Mix of Practical Classes, Committee System, Activities and regular training
prepare candidates well for Working life.
5. We conduct Regular Assessment to check their progress and conduct Revision
Sessions for them on every 3-4 days.
6. Trainees mark their daily attendance through Biometric Machine. They punch
their thumb-prints on machine and their attendance gets recorded.

Section 3 – About the Employment Prospects

What type of job will be Sarthak will provide placement opportunity in private
provided by Sarthak? organizations of Hospitality, Retail or IT sector.
We do not provide opportunities in Government sector.
Selection in job depends on how well trainee performs in
Interview Drive.
What is the starting salary It depends on the job profile and company but we look for

no previous job experience.

Employment Opportunities)

1. We provide Practical Training Classes, so you get opportunity to learn by doing,


rather than just reading through books. We conduct various activities with
trainees to help them learn the concepts and practice it.
2. We provide opportunity to learn how your workplace and job role would be like,
through direct experience in Exposure Visit.
3. We provide opportunity to interact and resolve your queries of job roles in Guest
Session by Industry representatives.

Section 5 - General Queries

Who can get training at We screen candidates based on 4 criteria:

If candidate is not 10th pass In this case we are not supposed to take candidates for
