Explora Shoppe

Goals and objectives


Explora will be an application that runs primarily on Android, iOS and the web, developed in
Ionic platform – that employs HTML, CSS and Typescript.Explora will be a mobile & web-based
shopping application designed in the form of a hybrid e-commerce application.

Scope
Explora is an e-commerce software system which is designed to handle & automate the sales
of products. The main function of the application will be

1. log in as a customer

2. Display available products from database

3. Register as customer

4. Shop by category option

5. Add a product to a shopping cart

6. Add a product to a wish list

7. Pay on delivery method

8. Order detail

The Customer Application

The Customer part empowers the customers to register, sign-in, view offers, products &
product categories, select products they want, add them to wish-list & shopping cart. The
customer application also presents facilities for online payment.

User inputs will result in the following outputs (screens) based on a user's selection:

1. After successful login ,user will redirect to homepage.

2. Displaying a Customer registration screen.

3. Displaying a Customer registration successful screen.

4. Displaying a Order confirmation screen.


5. Displaying a list of products with a selected criteria by customer.

6. Displaying a customer's shopping cart screen.

7. Displaying a customer's wishlist screen.

8. Displaying a customer's order tracking screen.

9. Displaying a customer's personal detail screen.

10. Displaying a customer's order detail screen.

11. Displaying a product search screen.

2. Two Modes of Sales in Explora:-


2.1 Retail Customer :

It’s the normal customer similar to other E-Commerce websites.The customer has to request the
admin. After the approval of the admin, he will also enjoy the privileges as a special user.

2.2 Wholesale customer / Franchise user :

These customers will have special discounts and cash backs / other prizes based on the volume of the
purchase. The customer has to register through a form on the user portal . After the approval of the admin,
he will enjoy the privileges as a special user.

3. Push Notifications to the users, as well as the admin.


1. Users will be notified by Admin for new offers,promotions and discounts .
2. Users will be notified for Order tracking (Ordered, Packed,Shipped,Delivered).

4. Low Stock Warning:-


1. The users were also notified as out of stack and Only N items left.
