Nurse: good morning mr

Patient: good morning


Nurse: let me introduce my self, my name is Dea ayu i;m a nurse in here, you can
call me nurse dea, and what is your name?
Patient: my name is mr vandel
Nurse: oke mr vandel, what’s wrong with you?
Patient: I have pain in my right leg after I slipped in the shower yesterday
Nurse: when did it happen?
Patient: Yesterday
Nurse: is the pain worse than yesterday?
Patient: yes the pain is getting worse this morning
Nurse: what does it feel like?
Patient : I feel pain and swollen. I can’t move my leg.
Nurse: Does the pain travel to any other parts of your body?
Patient: No, it just hurts here
Nurse: on scale of 0 to 10, with ten the worst, how you would you rate what you
feel right now?
Patient: five
Nurse: when did you first notice it?
Patient: the pain has been felt since last night but it’s getting worse this morning
Nurse: what has been done or given to relieve the pain?
Patient: I didn’t do anything to relieve the pain i just slept at night and decided to
come to the hospital this morning
Nurse: oke mr vandel for now I can teach you deep breathing techniques to
relieve the pain while waiting for an examination from the doctor, do you agree?
Patient: yes sure
Nurse: please follow me,
 First Inhale deeply through your nose for three second, and keep closed
your mouth.
 And hold your breath for six second
 Then exhale slowly your breath for six second (through the mouth, and lips
like blowing)
 Now you can repeat it several times independently
Patient: thank you nurse
Nurse: no problem mr vandel, if you have any complaints please call me back.
Patient : yes thank you.
