• Total 6-8 years of experience, including 1-2+ years’ experience leading / managing a team of diverse skill-sets, and in client handling/ client facing roles • Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate the data driven insights for specific business/client contexts • Prior experience in project management/consulting is highly desirable Innovation team roles (2/4) AI Business Team (Product Management / Deployment) The AI Business team works on discovering, building and deploying AI Products at scale, which will help deliver superior business outcomes for our clients Key responsibilities for the team, and hence team members will include • Establish & implement a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends • Build an ROI-driven product roadmap that captures full lifecycle of the product • Build and actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams • Evaluate suitability of projects across multiple deals and deploy products at scale • Full participation in and support of agile project management practices • Own and manage project schedules, budget, risks and cross functional teams in order to deliver the project on time and on budget
