Although I am one of those people who is too lazy to work out, I learned a lot from
watching the movie. I shouldn't forget about myself. The story it told sounded incredible. To
want and be able to fit a physique, all it needs is conscious discipline and passion.
According to the video, exercise is necessary for a healthier lifestyle. Reduced major
health concerns, improved mental and emotional health, assisting us in becoming more
disciplined as individuals at school or at home, and making us more optimistic both inside and
outside are some of the advantages we may obtain from the activity. Finally, a good diet and
regular exercise will help us attain all of this. We realized that if we wanted to be fit and healthy,
we needed to change our mindsets.
2. Can physical fitness be only achieved through exercise? Justify your answer.
Physical fitness, in my opinion, cannot be obtained solely through exercise. Exercise can
be defined as a challenging activity that differs from what you do on a regular basis. What one
person considers an exercise may not be considered so by another. Proper nutrition, moderate-
vigorous physical activity, physical activity, and adequate rest can all help. You are already
doing everything your body needs to be fit while walking in a store or riding a bike.
Furthermore, physical activity, not only exercise, will help you attain physical fitness.
Physical activity is important for children, teenagers, and people of all ages because it promotes
excellent health. We must also realize the value of physical activity and be aware of how
vigorous we may be, as it can aid in the development of good health and improve the quality of
our lives.
3. What is the difference between health-related fitness and skills-related fitness? Which is more
important?
Health-related exercise activities can be incorporated into day-to-day activities, which are
frequently referred to as lifelong pursuits. Skill-related fitness includes not just health-related
components, but also physical activity-related components. The realm of health-related fitness
encompasses activities that you engage in to enhance and maintain your physical fitness,
particularly in the areas of cardiovascular endurance.
For me, health-related fitness is more essential since it relates to your bod that know how
to be skillful, while on skill- related fitness is much more like what you can do to be health
related fitness.
