The researchers will employ improvised materials of exceptional quality that

are both efficient and capable of producing great results. When creating the
product, they will use the following materials:

 Used Plastic Bucket

 PVC pipe
 USB wire
 12V DC fan
 Plastic sheet
 Switch button with wire
 Heavy duty glue
 Glue gun & glue stick
 Screen mesh
 Spray paint (optional)
 Soldering rod & soldering iron
 Tape measure
 Hand saw
 Wood Screws
 Marker
 Scissors
 Sand paper

There are several steps to take in order to produce the product.

1. For the upper part, first, cut the plastic bucket into two circular parts of
12 inches diameter (5 inch height) and 8 ½ inches diameter (5 inch
height).

2. To form the base, cut the PVC pipe measuring 4 ½ inches diameter (6
inch. height). Make inlet holes on both side of the base pipe and glue
them with screen mesh to prevent an accident.

3. Next, cut away 10 inches diameter (5 inch height) from the bottom part
of the bucket.

4. Take the plastic sheet; draw a 6 inches radius circle with a 4 ½ inches
radius inner circle using a marker. Then draw another 6 inches radius
circle with a 5 inches radius circle inside of it. When done, cut the inner
and outer circles of the two. They should look like rings.

First ring – 6 inches radius circle with a 4 ½ inches radius inner

circle
Second ring - 6 inches radius circle with a 5 inches radius inner
circle
5. After cutting them out, glue the 12 inch. diameter and 8 ½ inch.
diameter buckets against the first ring. For the second ring, glue the 10
inch. diameter against it.

6. Make a hole on the side of the 12 inch. diameter bucket which will act as a
passage for the air to enter.

7. To make the base fit the upper body, cut down one end of the base pipe
in curved shape using a hand saw and a sand paper.

8. Now glue all the parts together to assemble the main body of bladeless
fan.

9. Take the 12V DC fan, insert it into the middle of the base, secure it with
wood screws. Arrange the wiring inside the base, making sure that it is
fixed and not exposed.
