1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter pursuant the laws of

the State of Utah, Section 30-3-1 et seq.

prior to the commencement of this action.

parties would show that they are entitled to a decree of dissolution of marriage on the grounds of

irreconcilable differences pursuant to Utah Laws, Section 30-3-1 (3)(h). The marriage between

Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken and there are irreconcilable differences between

Petitioner and Respondent, making it impossible for the marriage to continue.

7. There is no reasonable expectation that the Parties will reconcile.
