on the domain entered.

 All live sessions unlike Upgrad which has a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions

 The details once entered are saved and the user does not have to enter the personal
and contact details again in the chat section for different support executive
 Provided with the option to resolve queries through chat or call

What’s the difference in Timestsw and UpGrad’s website?

 A separate tab with a drop down menu to enlist all the academic partners
 The in app provides user the option to select courses by categories or by institute which
makes it easier for user to choose rather than navigating through the whole website.
 Once the segregation is done and user selects the relevant course, the in-app
notification again provides the user to either view course details, download brochure or
directly apply to the program
 For registration, all the questions regarding name, contact number etc are asked in a
single go unlike Upgrad and is further saved to save the user from the hassle of entering
the details again and again
 Once the user is registered, an automated call is made giving the option to book the
time slot to have the queries cleared with the admission counsellor.
Suggestions for UpGrad
 Can add the awards section on the UpGrad’s website
 The user’s interested domain could be captured in the beginning so that specific and
curated welcome emails can be sent and the user could be directed to the admission
counselor of the specific domain
 Faculty profile could be disclosed in order to achieve more credibility and trust among
users
 Currently the personal details of the users are captured in 3 questions which could be
reduced to 1 question where all the details could be entered by the user all at once.
 The details entered by the users should be captured in the beginning of the chat and it
should be stored and visible to all support executives during the chat as it becomes
cumbersome & irritating to provide same details again and again to different support
executives.
 A tab could be maintained with the list of all the academic partners of UpGrad
 Upgrad could come up with “Join the community” tab where learners who have
successfully completed UpGrad’s courses and the aspirants for that particular course
could build a network of their own and share their experiences and knowledge
