Note: Total number of characters in all of the E-mail addresses combined cannot exceed 128. If there are more than 3 people that need to
receive the Funds Transfer advices by e-mail or the total number of characters of the e-mail addresses of those that need to receive these
Funds Transfer advices exceeds 128 characters, then you should set up an internal E-mail distribution list and provide above the e-mail
address for that distribution list.

Client’s Agreement To Have Funds Transfer Advice Notification Sent By E-mail
By signing below Client agrees that Signature Bank (“Bank”) should notify Client by e-mail of all wire transfers
(“Funds Transfers”) to or from the above listed account(s) using the e-mail address(es) that Client has provided above
in lieu of the Bank sending Client such notice by mail or in any other matter and Client agrees with and will comply
with the Security Procedures stated below.
Security Procedures:
Upon receipt from Client of this request, the Bank will send Client a User ID, temporary Password and
instructions regarding the use of the User ID and Password to access the Funds Transfer Advice Notification sent by
E-mail by the Bank to Client. Client agrees to change the temporary Password before commencing to access the
Funds Transfer Advice Notification, and to change the Password every ninety days thereafter. Client agrees to safe-
guard Client’s User ID and Password; to distribute it only on a need-to-know basis to authorized personnel who have
agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to notify the Bank immediately should the User ID
and/or Password become lost or stolen or such confidentiality be breached. Client agrees that the use of a Client ID
and a Password to enable Client to access Funds Transfer Advice Notifications sent by the Bank by E-mail (“Advice”)
is a commercially reasonable security procedure that will protect the confidentiality of Client’s financial and other
confidential information contained in such Advice and agrees that the Bank shall not be liable should someone not
authorized by Client to do so accesses the Client information contained in the Advice.
