- The Price offered is Inclusive of all Taxes.
Note:
- We are exempted from deduction of Income Tax as per S.R.O. 97(I)/2002 Dated 12-02-2002 as
the income tax has been paid at the import stage so please do not deduct Income Tax from our
payment. Income Tax exemption letter will be provided accordingly on demand.

- As per present Government rules, 17% or 20% GST will be charged to the sales tax registered
and unregistered buyers respectively.

- We are exempted from deduction of Sales Tax Withhold as Supplies made by commercial
importers who paid value addition tax on such goods at the time of import as prescribed under
chapter X of the sales tax special procedure rules, 2007 (S.R.O. 897(I) 2013 dated October 04,
2013) are exempted from Withholding Sales Tax so please do not deduct Sales Tax Withhold
from our payment. Withholding Tax exemption letter will be provided accordingly on demand.

- Price quoted is based on current duty structure & exchange rates which are subject to change if
there is any variation in these factors in case of Non Stock Items only.

Payment Terms:
- Payment 100% Advance.

Warranty Period:
- Standard 1 year Warranty
- (However, the consumables like battery / consumable parts, Teflon / Plastic coated parts, gears,
electrical / electronic parts burnt due to electrical surge, or any physical damage to the unit or
part of it, unauthorized installation / opening of the unit or part of it, tampered parts / seals of

warranty, shall VOID the warranty & NONE of these shall fall under normal or exceptional

- 07 days

Delivery Period:
- Ex stock or 6~8 weeks after the confirmation of purchase order.

After Sale Service:


- We shall handle all the complaints through our service centre according to the warranty policy
of our company.
- If customer wants to get our services at their door step then customer will have to pay
additional charges to the company for the visit of our representative according to the after sale
service policy of the company.

Order Cancellation:
- In case of order cancellation from buyer, Raza Traders reserves the right to charge stocking fee
of 5% of the total invoice amount of the respective equipment’s.

Force Majeure:
- Our offer is subject to Force Majeure Condition.
