Lottery number generator instructions

Do not remove or rename this sheet or the other one

This workbook should be usable for any lottery. If it isn't, tell


me how your lottery works and I will see if I can easily
upgrade to suit: [email protected]

Parameters are set up for a lotteries such as the UK National


Lottery, where six numbers between 1 and 49 are chosen .
You can change the parameters by entering new values in
the cells above.

Once chosen, a number is removed from play and cannot


repeat within a game.

If you have favourite or 'lucky' numbers that you want


included in the selection, type them into a row of cells
starting at E1 above, as shown on the right ►

End of list is marked by the first empty cell or zero so if you


delete items, make sure you close up any gaps.

On the Lottery Numbers sheet, press [More Numbers] and a


new set of numbers will be generated. Click again if they
don't smell like winners.

When you are happy, click [Copy to List] to copy them to the
list of past choices. Today's date is inserted automatically.

Save the file every time you add to the list or change
parameters.
