: DUTIES
TRUCKS AND LIGHT VEHICLES
 EGINE SECTION
 Rebuilding engines.
 Diagnosing faults on engines, non-performance etc.
 Servicing engines at required hours or mileage or kilometers.

 GEAR BOXES/ TRANSMISSION

 Rebuilding gear boxes.


 Diagnosing faults and repair gear boxes on non-performance or improper performances.
 Servicing gear boxes at required time as specified by the original manufacturer.
 General checking.

 FINAL DRIVES/DIFFS
 Rebuilding of Diffs.
 Repairing the Diff of non or improper performance.
 Servicing Diff at required period.

 SUSPENSION
 Rebuilding or overhauling of different types of suspension.
 Replacing broken or worn out parts of the suspension.
 General checking of suspension and gear box

 PNEUMATIC/AIR SYSTEM
 Overhauling of air systems replacing air compressors and pipes for the air leaks etc.)
