Phrasal verbs (noun) a phrase which consists of verb in combination
with a preposition or adverb or both.

Normally, when I have free time, I enjoy watching TV, surfing the Internet, playing
computer games, and doing exercises to keep fit. This activities help me entertain
and relax after learning stressful. And doing exercises three times a week is the free
time activity I like best.
Firstly, I like it because it is really a healthy activity. Doing exercises provides many
benefits for our health, especially in this pandemic we should do physical activities
regularly to make your body strong and healthy.
Secondly, it helps us increase in stature and have excellent body.
Lastly, it makes me full of energy to study more effective.
If we have impatience to do exercises regularly, we are unhealthy. As you know,
doing exercises is impossible practice once or twice, we have to maintain it
everyday. Therefore, we should have this habit right now to improve our health.
