Mrs. Edna Renick, Manager

Administrative Support Department
Professional Business Associates
5454 Cleveland, Avenue
Columbus, OH 43231-4021

Dear Mrs. Renick:

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Office Assistant in the Administrative

Support Department at Professional Business Associates. I believe that I am uniquely
qualified for this position because of my exceptional organizational and conversational skills,
as well as my ability to be quick-on-my-feet when needed.

As a Mona Shores High School student, I have perfected many skills that will help me
succeed in this position. Organizationally, I am experienced in identifying key to-do items,
dates, and resources needed to deliver on time. Conversationally, I typically take a more
collaborative approach, trying to include everyone in the process, and making them
comfortable as we go. When things get a little crazy, I am known for being calm and
quick-on-my feet, filtering out non-essential information to identify what is necessary within
assignments.

In conclusion, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss in more detail what you need
from the position, and where I feel I am uniquely qualified to help. I appreciate your time
and consideration of my cover letter and resume. I look forward to hearing from you soon
regarding further conversation. If there is any additional information that would help narrow
down your selection, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Katrina Amrhein
