Connect to VPN

Go to ultimatix -- under trending "Global procurement system"

I
click on requisition and status ->
new item new item request
Under category select software and click on search

i n the left bottom you will get Microsoft E1+intune option Click on that

you will get the license in r i g h t pane... s e l e c t the check box and c l i c k on add t o basket --- click on proceed for submission

you will get a form. Fill i n the contact detailS, purpose and other details requested in the form

"To access 0365 applications" should be enough for business justification


ignore the delivery center box itself
in end of usage select 30 sep 2021
f i l l in the same business justification in nature or software/service and in purpose as well
expected delivery date should be tmrw date
ignore license type, license cat and liscense ownership click calculate

click submit - - we will get an error asking to f i l l add/edit CR details

for Change req dtls -- click on add/edit CR dtls button -- you will be take to a new p a g e

fill in swon and other details on your asset id and host name => same as asset id
once done save it..

get back to new item request

you can see proceed for submission box at the left bottom pane (where you selected microsoft E1-+intune last tine)

click on that and click on submit in that form.. your request will be submitted and you will get GPS req ID as we11
