Homura Copy & Print Shop It is the finest print and photocopy business in

this modern world. We will offer printing services including print modules,

booklets, brochures catalogues and photocopy. Our goal is to serve all the

printing needs of everyone and for students, to be a one-stop-shop, item quality

and prices will be excellent, and our marketing strategy focuses on building long-

term connections with our clients.

We chose this copy and print business for the main reason that copy and

printing is a powerful and there will always be a place for this kind of business in

the marketing realm and also because printing shop is very timely or it is a “public

eye” and well-linked to the students.

Our capital for this business will be Php. 800.000.00. As per assumption, a

projected total sale in year 1 is Php. 909,720, year 2 Php.1,091,664 and year 3

Php. 1,200,830. It is based on the sold print and photocopy of Homura Copy &

Print multiplied by the selling price.

Homura Copy & Print Shop offers a good quality printing in terms of

printing and photocopy modules, resume, projects, and important documents. In

intention is to provide an exact service that the competitors does not have. It can assist

to lessen the time of people looking for a place where to photocopy and print. The

entrepreneur maintains the quality of the product and services to meet the expectation

of the customers and to satisfy them. The result of our research stated that Homura

Copy & Print Shop is in demand not just for students but also for consumer who wants

to print and photocopy important documents, requirements, modules, and pictures, and

can provide quality of product and services. It appears that having a print and photocopy

business with a good service offer gives an effective way of helping all Apokonians

especially students in terms of printing and photocopy requirements, documents etc. it

also provide a good profit to the business because many Apokonians can easy access

the shop.

This type of business is a sole proprietorship since it is owned and run by one

person who manages the business, and it is practicable for a beginner.

Homura Copy & Print aims to create development of service that meets the

standards of the customers. These are the following overall objectives of Homura Copy

The target markets of the proposed business are the students and

individual who want to photocopy and print documents that live within Apokon, Tagum

City. The business will operate daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It gives us a good service

in terms of printing and photocopy where another competitor does not have. It catches

attention because of the location which will be located Infront of DRMC exit gate and

USEP mini gate and near Tagum National Trade School. The location of the business is

very accessible to the public especially to the students who wants to print or photocopy

documents.

Promotional Strategy

The most successful way of promoting our business is to give limited freebies.

For freebies we give 50 key chains with the name of Homura Copy & Print Shop, 50

pens, 50 water tumblers for those 50 customers who came early to print and photocopy

their documents or requirements and free snacks. This strategy helps us to know that

this business will be known and not all people have a printer or xerox machine in their

houses. For advertisement there are tarpaulin placed in front to attract customers.
