1.INTRODUCTION

A Condition survey has been done for Building Services and Repairs
project on 23rd September 2021. Building Jal Kiran CHS, sector-18,
Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

1.1 SITE LOCATION: Jal Kiran co-op. Society, sector-18, Nerul


(W), Navi Mumbai – 400706.

1.2 BREIF HISTORY: Jal Kiran co-op. Society, building


construction was started in the year 1987 and was ready by 1994.
Building has total 96 flats that is four flats on each floor. The society
has 6 buildings.

3. RECOMMENDATIONS
The building was constructed in 1987. The building has completed 30
years so detailed structural assessment should be carried out to ensure
the safety of the residents. There are many repairs works that we have
mentioned in this report, each defects needs to be repaired and painted
in well manner This survey was carried out only by visual
observations for educational purpose.
