Salutation to our ever dynamic Public school district supervisor, Sir


Zaldy Caalam, same greetings to my fellow school heads in the district of Pontevedra. It is always a joy to
present to you the Learning Continuity Plan of Pontevedra Elementary School.

2nd to 6th slide - (Read Introduction & Objectives)

8th – 9th slide

Pontevedra Elementary School as classified as a large school is consist of 39 teachers and 3


administrative personnel with 1018 learners.

10th slide

As you can see in the school profile we have the projected enrolment for the school year 2021-
2022. With a total of 1018 learners.

Based on the early registration by grade level, Pontevedra Elementary School has an estimated
enrolment of 1018 as of July 31, 2021.

12th - 13th slide

We will now have the OPERATIONALIZATION OF School BE-LCP+ which focuses mainly on the
following areas of concern namely: Identification of Alternative Delivery Mode and Implementation of
Programs; Readiness of School Building and Facilities and Parental Support; Learning Materials and
Teachers Readiness; and General Guidelines and Modifications in School Management.

As we conducted the Teachers Inventory on Readiness to Digital Learning, the data shows that
most of the total population of teachers with approximately 72% found to have smartphones, laptops,
and desktop at home. This implies that most of the teachers have the primary resources to conduct
digital teaching.

Why are we going to adapt Modular & Online Distance Learning? Here are the following
reasons: Majority of the parents wanted to adopt modular distance learning; Pontevedra ES will
integrate two (2) elective subjects that need online instructions (computer & speech); To ensure the
safety and academic growth of every learner; and To follow the health protocols and orders of the
department.

But there will be different learning modality for the LSENs.

Modular Distance Learning Modality will be used (for LSENs) because of the following reasons:
Majority of the parents wanted to adopt modular distance learning; LSENs can explore and express
their ideas and ways thru the help of their parents; To ensure the safety and academic growth of every
learner; and To follow the health protocols and orders of the department.

18th -19th slide

Pontevedra Elementary School will use Blended Learning Modality (Modular – Print & Online)
based on survey and teachers’ recommendation.

Online Distance Learning will only be utilized by learners enrolled in SPED Program. Moreover, this
modality will only be utilized twice in a month during elective classes such as computer and speech
classes.

Modular Distance Learning will be utilized for regular classes from kinder to grade 6 and LSENs.

According to the consolidated percentage of modules, Pontevedra Elementary School needs to


print an estimated of 15% of modules to complete the 50% target to be used in the distribution of
modules. EXCEPT for the modules of Kindergarten and elective subjects that need 100% or 1x1 ratio for
learners.
