I- INTRODUCTION
The present Covid-19 pandemic has brought extra ordinary challenges especially in the school performance for School year 2020-
2021. The shift in education greatly affects our daily undertakings in school especially the implementation of the Modular Distance learning
delivery. But we take this as a challenge. We embraced the change. Find ways to face the global crisis and move forward
San Jose Elementary School has successfully survived for more than a year amidst the Covid 19 pandemic which has brought a
complex decision on how education should be put into place compared to the normal way. Several believed that school would not be able to
deliver in a way that accomplishes a desired aim or result of the chosen LDM implementation due to increasing covid 19 cases every day. But
with the strong leadership of DepEd Secretary Leonor M. Briones supported by the stakeholders, the BE-LCP was successfully implemented
and the school was able to promote 183 learners at the end of the school year.
II- GOALS
Involve internal and external stakeholders for crafting and designing the BE-LCP and the learning delivery strategy and operational
direction that ensures the health, safety, well-being of the learners, teaching personnel in the department and parents in this time of pandemic.
III-SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
San Jose Elementary School has a total number of enrolees of 190 for this school year. Of this number, only 50 learners have cellular
phones at home and only 15 pupils connected with internet access. With this, the school decided to implement the Printed Learning Delivery
Modality to keep pupils and school personnel away from risk against covid-19 pandemic.
The school head is really needed to monitor of the Printed Modular Distance Learning implementation with the support of the BLGU and
SPT considering the learning outcomes that takes place in every learner. The presences of struggling readers serve as a great challenge to
the teachers, parents, learning facilitators and even the school head. But, because of the reading intervention “ Hungos Para sa Kaalam”, the
school is confident that this gap will be continuously decreasing in number and the “Spirit of Bayanihan” should be put into habit in the hearts
and minds of the key players.
