Anselle-Alex M. Diego, a 17-year old 11th grade student from Aglipay, Quirino, wrote a letter to Mayor Jerry T. Agsalda requesting to join the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES). Diego explains that his family is indigent and he has financial difficulties studying. He believes the SPES program will help him work and study. Similarly, Kallel Norence D. Cabulong, a 25-year old hospitality management student from the same area, also wrote to the mayor applying for the SPES program due to family financial hardships. Both students hope the mayor will approve their requests to join the employment program.
