In the planning of work descriptions and personal specifications the HRM plays the most
important role. The job specification is the document that contains the components and
specification for the job class, including a description of the work performed by the employee
and the skill level needed by the employee in order to fulfill the role. This also outlines the
steps necessary for the job's functions. Job descriptions include the job title, job overview,
position and employment duties and the person they report to. Instead, education, experience,
expertise and obligation are included in the job specification. The HRM tests applicants for
their credentials, required qualifications and the skills they need in the job Web tests, written
tests, and face-to-face interviews are the basis for screening the HRM. While the HRM has
also developed the job specifications which indicate which type of applicants, they are
required for the job.
Recruitment Process:
The copy of qualifications shall be submitted by the applicant, Resume and other online tests
included in the context of the work shall be carried out. Thereafter comes an interview with
the candidates. This must be done online. On a certain date, the interview will proceed.
Interviews will be done professionally. The candidates that are selected to be contacted
through their medium.
