Opening:
1. Students will sit at the center tables.
2. Librarian media specialist and library media assistant will introduce themselves.
Work Period:
1. Transition to the Reading center (Icebreaker)
Library 1. Librarian will read a book (The Library Dragon)
Welcome 2. Transition to the center tables (Icebreaker)

4. Students will play Scavenger Hunt on GooseChase Game Code: 6DZM15 and Librarian will observe
Closing:
1. Students will come back to the center tables and we all will discuss the scavenger hunt
2. Students will clean up their area and line up when the Librarian instructs them to.
Opening:
1. Students will sit at the center tables.
Work Period:
Library 2. Transition to the Reading center (Icebreaker)
Rules / 3. Librarian will read a book (Manners with a Library Book)
4. Transition to the center tables (Icebreaker)

& Library 6. Students learn about the importance of having a library card. Students will watch the video:

1. Students can look for and check out books and have independent book reading time.
