TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Dear Mr. Tenefrancia, Quin Ryan C.,

In behalf of Noma Shipping Co., LTD and Lighthouse Ship Management of Philippine Transmarine
Carriers Inc., I am sending this letter as a formal notice for the termination of the Contract of
Employment as Deck Cadet at M.V. Sunny Putney with IMO No. 9651280.

Please accept this notice as that we would like to ask for your cooperation for disembarkation on the
said vessel due to the reason that M.V. Sunny Putney was already been sold to a new owner and now
ready for a crew change of their own crew because of this long term global pandemic.
