Introduction: Every Human Being has a style of Communicating that is unique

thing. Some Peoples are Talkative while some are quit and serious. We all have
different communication styles some of us are very direct and others of us are very
expressive, sometimes we communicate in our preferred styles. Sometime In social
gatherings people like to share their opinion and some Peoples not like to share
their opinions. Communication has huge impact on Peoples. A good
communication skill helps you to avoid conflict and solve problems,
Communication Plays important role for making friends and having healthy
relations

DIRECT STYLE COMMUNICATION:

A Person, Who has direct communication style conveying, clear or concise


messages and it is straightforward communication. Direct communication makes
the Person intentions obvious, direct style communicator speak without saying any
complementary remarks. There is no hidden message. This type of communicator
says exactly what they mean or what they want to say. Usually this Style doesn’t
allow the listener to respond with his or her opinion. Direct style communicator
usually tell other what to do instead of asking what they think or what did they
want or what should be done, This style communicators do not easily shows
emotions in their communication. This type of communicators work hard. They
didn’t hear others, even if others have something valuable to contribute.

For Example:

Come with me, I want to have a cup of coffee.

Give me my Phone.

Here I am Sharing that How much direct communication I have?

Well I have 50% Direct style in my communication.


SPIRITED COMMUNICATION STYLE:

People with spirited communication style are very much interested to create new
ideas, and they are very much interested in big picture, big ideas. They are
dreamers, this style communicators are love big ideas. This type of
communicator’s makes plans without arranging basic needs and also not
considering economy. Their written and verbal communication may tend towards
the dramatic. They can be entertaining.

FOR EXAMPLE:

SYSTEMATIC STYLE COMMUNICATION:

This type of People loves to focus on facts and details rather than opinions. These
People could be slower to respond to your communication and they are
uncomfortable with expressing their feeling. Systematic communicator’s like to
make decisions which were based on facts, not on the Emotions.
CONSIDERATE STYLE COMMUNICATION:

People with systematic communication style are very much concerned about
feelings of others. This type of communicator’s tries to please Peoples, they are
very much interested in listening, they encourage group communication. And these
types of communicator’s are good at counseling skills and are good listener. These
style People are very much cooperative, they always aware of other feeling

FOR EXAMPLE:

If I am not wrong, Pakistan biggest Problem is Corruption.
