Functionality
1. This program provides functionality to take patient's information and manage it properly.
2. It can manage information of doctors and other employees working in the clinic or hospital.
3. It can also keep the record of hospital's availabe equipments and rooms.
4. It can also calculate pateint bill of treatment & madicines
5. It can also keep the record of emplyees pay record

Introduction and Scope


The project 'Hospital Management System' is based on a database, which focuses on human interaction
strategies. As there are many places where we keep records in the database we use MY SQL software
which is one of the best and easiest software for storing our data. This the project uses Java as a front-
end software for Object Oriented Programming and has to communicate with MY SQL

The hospital  management system is a critical method for modern hospital administration. It is a critical
assurance that hospitals would continue to transform, strengthen management, increase efficiency, and
improve coherence. It will improve medical quality, resource allocation, information services,
educational research, and hospital facilities.

Literature Review (Minimum 5 references)


Doctors Hospital:
Their software provides facilty to calculate patient's bill for medicines and treatemnt. Also keeps the data
of availabe rooms.

National Hospital:
Their software can provide facility to keep the data of hospital staff e.g doctors, nurses and other
employees. Also can keep their pay records.

Shalimar Hospital:
Their software can help in managing hospital's room and can tell their avalibility. also provides facilty to
calculate patient's bill for medicines and treatemnt.

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital


Their software help in keeping the employee pay record and also in keeping their attendence of daily
basis.

Surgimed Hospital:
Their software can keep data of availabe rooms also availabe instrumens for surgery. It can provide
facility to keep the data of hospital staff e.g doctors, nurses and other employees.
