2.40 (a) (1)


ATTENDING VETERINARIAN AND ADEQUATE VETERINARY CARE (DEALERS AND EXHIBITORS).
***Although a deworming schedule is being followed. The PVC has not been filled out completely to include the
vaccination and deworming schedule and the emergency contact information. The PVC ensures that a standard
system of veterinary care is in place and acts as the facility guide for the husbandry and care of the animals. The
program should be developed and/or reviewed, signed, and dated at least once a year by the veterinarian and facility
representative. A written PVC must be developed by a veterinarian and reflect the current care the animals receive to
ensure the overall health and well-being of the animals. Correct by March 14, 2015

2.75 (b) (1) REPEAT


RECORDS: DEALERS AND EXHIBITORS.
***On the last inspection there were 6 camels. There are only 3 camels present for this inspection. There are no
records documenting the deaths or euthanasia of the 3 camels. Records of dispositions must be maintained and
include documentation of dates of deaths and euthanasia. Records of disposition must be maintained to reflect
accurate and current information regarding the disposition of all animals. These records must be available for review
by an APHIS official to facilitate enforcement of the regulations of the Animal Welfare Act.

3.131 (c) REPEAT


SANITATION.
***The decorative board fencing along the tree line of the enclosure has detached boards and is in disrepair. The wire
panel fencing and gates along the tree line are loosely attached. Premises shall be kept in good repair in order to
protect the animals from injury and to facilitate the prescribed husbandry practices set forth in this subpart. The fence
needs to be removed or replaced to protect the animals from injury.

An exit briefing was conducted with the facility representative
