VHF Vcs Network Diagram

This document proposes a VHF network configuration with the following key elements: 1. A main VCS system with a main VHF transmitter/receiver and main VCS rack. 2. A standby VCS system with a standby VHF transmitter/receiver and standby VCS rack. These would form separate physical/logical networks. 3. A separate physical/logical network for S4 controllers with dedicated local and remote VHF transmit/receive equipment.

1. It is proposed here to have two VCS systems, Main and Std By. One for main VHF TX/RX and the other for STD BY VHF TX/RX. There will be two complete separate
physical/logical networks, one for main VHF TX/RX with MAIN VCS RACK (marked in red) and the other for STD BY VHF TX/RX with STD BY VCS RACK (marked in
green).
2. There will be a completely separate third physical/logical network for S4(Standalone) controllers with dedicated local and remote VHF TX/RX (marked in purple).

THE FALL BACK VCS MAY NOT BE REQUIRED
