The stainless steel
valve at the bottom

closing properly:
Check aircraft power on.
Check circuit breaker in.
Check remote button by disconnecting unit from timer and test for
continuity across pins 7 & 8 of toilet pigtail.
NOTE: Manual switch must be depressed when checking
continuity.
If switch is OK, connect a separate power supply to pump leads. If
Pump does not operate on 28 VDC, replace the pump.
Ifpump is OK, replace timer assembly.
Check ground service power available
Cheok cireuit breaker in.
REMOVE ALL POWER FROM TOILET and check inlet of
macerator for obstruction. Remove blockage and insure free
movement of chopper. Reapply power and check for normal
operation
Check service panel waste drain switch by disconnecting A/C
power supply connector from the timer assembly and test for
continuity across pins 3 and 4 while drain switch is held on.
Expose macerator power supply leads and apply scparate 28 VDC
power source. If pump is inoperative replace.
Visually check fluid level in reservoir. If fluid is below float
switch, check for continuity at pins 5 and 6 in toilet pigtail.
(Continuity with float down, open when float is fally up.) No
continuity ~replace float switch assembly.
Check fill solenoid, Remove connectors at solenoid, apply 28 vde
power and listen for solenoid action,
