Dear Sir ,

Subject : Construction of a retaining wall of length 19.00 mts. at the rear side compound wall for

Dr. Ismail’s Villa at Al Mawaleh.

This is to inform you that the client has agreed for an amount of R.O.2500.000 ( R.O. Two Thousand

Five Hundred Only ) net amount , for the above mentioned job after all deductions for the previously

proposed compound wall with strip footing. Further we would like to clarify that the bitumen sheet

membrane and the polythene sheet wrapping for the substructure is not included in our scope of the

works. Other specifications shall be as normal to the work .
