Administration Overhead............................................................75,000
Selling Overhead.........................................................................50,000
Distribution Overhead.................................................................30,000
Profit..........................................................................................110,000
A work order has been executed in September and the following expenses have been incurred:

Direct materials Tk 6,000


Direct labor 5,000
Factory overhead is based on direct labor and other overheads are based on manufacturing cost.
Required
i. Prepare a job cost sheet for August.
ii. Prepare an estimated job cost sheet of the work order in September to determine the sales price if
the factory intends to earn the same rate of profit as of August.
