SD3U ON Error: DI120 150 DI180 420 Run CPU Speed CPU

The document discusses an ON error related to the SD3U device not operating properly at the bottom floor of a building. Specifically: 1. SD3U is meant to operate at all floors except the bottom floor to prevent potential clash accidents from forced reduction not working. 2. Steps to troubleshoot the issue include checking wiring and input buffer voltage, as well as ensuring the LIMIT S/W CAM is not bent. 3. Diagrams of the hardware skeleton and switch layout are provided for reference in troubleshooting.

Point of ● Run CPU ○ DI120~150

TCD - 109 SD3U ON Error Application

Detection ○ Speed CPU ● DI180~420

[Meaning] SD3U does not operate at the bottom floor. [Actions to take]
※ To prevent any possible clash accidents caused by forced reduction
function not working at bottom floor on account of any ON errors such 1. Check wiring network for LIMIT S/W
as SD3U deposition, etc. - Check for bad connection of MIC and signal voltage

[Diagram] << S/W SKELETON >> 2. Check the operation of input buffer
ERR_EEPROM_FHT_SUMERR_NVRAM_FHT_SUM Err_Digital_Floor FAST_RUN_COMMAND
- Verify if voltage changes from 48V to 0V at the operation of SD3U.
- Check the address value from NVRAM READ MODE of Ann.
(Refer to H/W SKELETON)
(Normally, 0xFF should be changed into x00 at the operation of
POWER_READY_T ZONE_135MM LDC IS_CDS D1 IS_SD3U(ADDR:0x5011))
S - For 180 or more m/min, refer to H/W SKELETON drawing (3X02228
I/O C.[2])
D1 *Logical_Current_Floor =1 Equ_Sds_Tot_No & SDS3 BIT OR(SD3U) tmp_TXSDSR
check_off_history(XSD3U) = TRUE
3. Check any bend of LIMIT S/W CAM
tmp_TXSDR = TXSDSR tmp_TXSDR & SD3U - Visually check LIMIT S/W CAM for any bend
TCD 109 - Verify if roller does not deviate from the CAM when cage is
fluctuated right and left within car.
