2.2 Video Intercom
2 Indoor Monitor Operation 2.2.1 Internal Call
Connect up to 9 indoor monitor extensions and support “Click to call the monitor
2.1 Introduction extension” or “the other is not online” if the monitor extension is not setting
1) There are Menu, Shortcut Keys, Status, as picture2.1. successfully or offline. as picture 2.2.1
2) Menu including: Recording Center, Security Zone, Monitoring Center,
Video Intercom, User Setup, System Setup.
3) Shortcut key including: Ringtone On/Off, Outdoor Station Monitoring,
one key arm.
4) Status Icon from left to right means:

① Network status: Connected, Disconnected,


Network Conflict.
② Security status: Arm, Disarming, Alarming.

2.2.2 Cloud Intercom
⑤ WiFi connection: The smart phone can communicate with visitor when the bell is pressed.
Before that, you need to connect the WIFI Router and select the Cloud
Server in indoor monitor firstly,bind with smart phone by APP.Meanwhile,
when the bell is pressed,there will be a notification in the smart phone.
Note: only available to set the “ Cloud Intercom Function” in “ 01 Monitor
Extension”

2.2.2.1 WiFi Connection


Click “ Wifi Connection ” to enter the interface and connect the related Wifi
Name when there is Wifi list.As picture 2.2.2.1

Transform to enter Capital or Lowercase Letter.


Transform to enter Number or Letter.
Delete the input.

2.2.2.3 Mobile Binding
Click “ Mobile Binding ” to have the records list which smart phone binding
with the Indoor Monitor to have Cloud Intercom Function. Meanwhile,you
can delete a record or all records after selected.As picture 2.2.2.3.
Note: “Cloud Intercom Function” in smart phone is not available if you delete
the binding record in the indoor monitor.

2.2.2.2 Server Selection
Click “ Sever Selection ” to select the related server which is near you, to 2.3 User Settings
have better Cloud Intercom Experience.As picture 2.2.2.2.
Click to enter “ User Settings Interface” as picture 2.3.
-“Default”: is the server in China.
: Click “ One Circle Button” to enter the next user settings page.
-“Ap-southeast-1”: is the server in Singapore.
-“Ap-southeast-2”: is the server in Sydney/Australia.
-“Us-east-1”: is the server in Dubai/UAE.
-“Eu-central-1”: is the server in Frankfurt/Germany

2.4 Software Upgrade
Caution: Don’t shut off power during the software is upgrading or the indoor
monitor will not work any more.
Click “Upgrade” to enter the Software Upgrade.
1). Support SD Card Software Upgrade that need to put “image.dd” and
“NetCfg.dat” in related SD Card.
2). Assembly SD Card in the indoor monitor and shut off power to reset the
indoor monitor accordingly. Then, enter “ Upgrade” menu as the above picture 2.5
instructions.
3). Select “NetCfg” or “Program” to upgrade the Program and Network 2.6 Outdoor Station Parameters Resetting
Configuration separately. As picture 2.4. Support to review and change the Outdoor Station Parameters.
A. Select “NetCfg” firstly and click “OK” to upgrade the Network Configuration, As picture 2.6.
it will reboot automatically to be upgradedsuccessfully. 1). Input “Door Extension Number” and click “OK” to have related door
B. Select “Program” firstly and click “OK” to upgrade the Program, it will reboot extension parameters such as “Unlock Time”, “Ring Volume”, “Call Volume” ,
automatically to be upgraded successfully. “ Motion Sensitivity”, “Software Version”.
2). Support to change the parameters, need to delete the previous parameters
and input new ones. Then, click “OK” to change successfully.

“Record Mode” is including Record and Snapshot, to set the outdoor station
record mode when the householder missed the call or answered the call.
Record is “take the video of visitor” and Snapshot is “take the photo of visitor”.
