AFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, AARON MWENDWA of Post Box Number 53734-00200 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya do hereby
make oath and state as follows: -
1. THAT I am a court process server of this Honourable Court duly licensed to serve court process and
hence competent to make this Affidavit.
2. THAT on the 7th October, 2019, I received from Kibet Rop & Company Advocates a notice of
motion, supporting affidavit, and petition dated 3 rd October, 2019 to serve the same upon the
respondents herein.
3. THAT on the same day I proceeded to forties suites, 4th floor along hospital road where the said
Respondents are situated for service.
4. THAT at about 9:10am I met the secretary at the aforesaid offices and after introducing myself and
the purpose of my visit, I served him with copies of the notice of motion, supporting affidavit and the
petition dated 3rd October 2019and requested for acknowledgement by signing and rubberstamping at
the front of the principal order.
5. THAT on the same day I proceeded to Agip house, Entrance A along Haile Selassie road where the
said Respondents are situated for service.
6. THAT at about 9:10am I met the secretary at the aforesaid offices and after introducing myself and
the purpose of my visit, I served him with copies of the notice of motion, supporting affidavit and the
petition dated 3rd October 2019and requested for acknowledgement by signing and rubberstamping at
the front of the principal order.
7. THAT on the same day I proceeded to Agip house, Entrance A along Haile Selassie road where the
said Respondents are situated for service.
8. THAT at about 9:10am I met the secretary at the aforesaid offices and after introducing myself and
the purpose of my visit, I served him with copies of the notice of motion, supporting affidavit and the
petition dated 3rd October 2019and requested for acknowledgement by signing and rubberstamping at
the front of the principal order.

where the said Respondents are situated for service.
11. THAT at about 9:50am I met the secretary 2019and requested for acknowledgement by signing and
rubberstamping at the front of the principal order.
12. THAT on the same day I proceeded to Agip house 3ed floor and 4 th floor along Haile Selassie road
where the said respondents are situated for service.
13. THAT at about 9:50am I met the secretary at the aforesaid offices and after introducing myself
and the purpose of my visit I served her with copy
14. THAT the said officer accepted service by signing and rubber stamping at the front of the order
which I do hereby return to this honourable court duly served.
15. THAT what is deponed herein above is true to the best of my knowledge information and belief.
