RESTAURANT RESERVATION IN PERSON (WALK IN GUEST)

Front Office : Good morning sir/madam, welcome to our restaurant, Crystal Restaurant. How may
I assist you?
Guest : Morning, I would like to eat at your restaurant. Do you have any table available for
us?
Front Office : Well sir, do you have any reservation before?
Guest : No, I don’t.
Front Office : As you don’t have any reservation before, may I know for how many person is the
table? Is that only you two?
Guest : Yes, it’s for me and my wife only.
Front Office : Would you like the table in a smoking or non-smoking area?
Guest : I’d like to have smoking area.
Front Office : All right sir, please wait a moment I will check for available table for you and your
wife.

After checking the table availability


Front Office : Thank you for waiting, I see that we have table for you as your request. Then, please
follow me to your table. I will escort you.
Guest : All right, thank you.

After arriving at the guest’s table


Front Office : Sir, this is your table. I hope you comfortable and if you need more assistance, please
call me in the front desk. My name is Luh Sari.
Guest : All right. Thank you very much.
Front Office : Sure, you’re welcome / my pleasure.
